Garden, 15:00

Today we got up quite early to do a random variety of small things around the house and garden.
Irma has spent time yesterday putting things into her scrapbook. She has found all kinds of oddments from the past, including some polaroid photographs of her in 1999.
In the afternoon I paint a cupboard white. The weather remains warm, and therefore I find the task pleasant and relaxing. At the time I take this photograph I have painted the first coat. It will look much better with a second coat, and almost perfect when it has its third coat touching up the remaining inconsistencies.
It will dry exceedingly quickly and we will have it back in the kitchen, filled with crockery and glasses, before we sit down for dinner.
In the evening we will go and see Naa, to deliver her laundry.
