We have come to Itis for some Christmas shopping and as we walk through the masked crowds we arrive at an open space where a gigantic and completely unrealistic Christmas tree stands.

I try to photograph the tree, like an unrealistic nature picture, but a masked elf keeps getting in the way. I give up any attempt at a tree-only photograph.

In a few seconds time we will walk past McDonalds and into Stockmann where the retail fun will begin.
