Saturday, March 19
I went for a morning walk and went right round the block where the pavements vary between normal and deadly, where we define normal as “what they look and feel like in July” and deadly as “there go my feet again”.
As I walk I realise that the weather has become summery even if the ground refuses to join in. I extend my walk ver the main road and walk along to Teboil where I cross back. As I do I photograph a pile of snow on the corner of Linnanherrantie, detached from anything else and waiting patiently to start melting.
Later in the day we will do all sorts of things.
