We got the brochure for Stockmann’s Spring Crazy Days not long ago, and neither of us recognised it. It had almost no yellow and looked no different from any other mainoksia. When we finally noticed it and looked through it we found nothing of any interest.

Crazy Days used to start on a Wednesday and build up to a climax at the weekend, with all the shop assistants in fancy dress and the Crazy Day ghost wandering the store posing for photographs. This evening we decide that we may as well to go before it finishes, and we get there to find the shop as dull as the brochure.

Fancy dress? I don’t think so! The balloons still exist though.
