I find myself in Kamppi and I take a photograph that reminds me of two things.
Firstly the scene reminds me that everywhere in Helsinki seems under reconstruction at the moment. Tramlines need replacing, while underground pipes need to see the surface for awhile, and the new raidejokeri service needs rails and infrastructure all over the place. You cannot get to Kamppi except through diversions and lane closures.
Secondly, the interest in painting the electrical control boxes shows no interest in declining. I think that these boxes form a wonderful formatting device for street art. Wherever I go I look for them, and rarely see an unpainted one.
