The rain has not arrived yet today. I have arrived back from SISP and Irma has finished working. We decide to walk to the beach because Irma has yet to see Lackpay.

Sitting in her shop, the Yak Boutique, she suddenly asks if I have seen much of the filming. I say that I have no idea what she means and she laughs. I go outside and understand why.

Behind the bushes a large section of the beach has become a film set. Riyaz Khan, a big star in the Malayalam film industry has been filming his new action movie on the beach for the last few days.

I stand and watch but catch only a distant glimpse of someone who might possibly count as him. I do see several takes of a choreographed fight scene though.
