We have driven to Pakila to see Irma’s father. who is staying here for a couple of weeks. We are outside the house and I am looking at the floor. The floor id more interesting than your average floor.
When we get into the house we will see that all the chairs have tennis balls on the leg ends. The balls have been slit and pushed on the stop the chairs sliding. Auo will point out that they look like they are being eaten by little Pacmen.
Later we will wander around a large garden centre.
Later still I will go for a long walk through the woods. This is part of a so-far feeble effort to shake off winter and get back into shape. I am due to run a mini-marathon in two weeks time, and I feel under-prepared, to say the least.
