Today has been like late October or early November all day. It was so cold that it hardly seemed worth getting up.
Naa worked in rubber boots, a rain-proof jacket, and thick rubberised trousers. It hailed again, although only for ten minutes or so.
Irma mowed the lawn in two goes. The first go was ended by heavy rain.
Now I am looking out the window through a glass that Irma has hung there. The sky is grey.
The 3G internet seems to coolapse in this kind of weather. I have not managed to work out if this is coincidental, or even imaginary. Maybe there are simply less people using less bandwidth when being outdoors feels like a good idea.
Soon we will have dinner before wondering how early we can go to bed.
